Instructions
1. Cook the Beef:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spoon until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
2. Sauté the Vegetables:
- Add the onion, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger to the skillet.
