A juicy, flavorful, slow-cooked BBQ chicken perfect for sandwiches, salads, and more.
Ingredients

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
1 small onion, sliced
2 cups BBQ sauce (your favorite)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or Worcestershire
Instructions
Place onions in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add chicken and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour BBQ sauce over everything.
Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
Shred chicken with forks and stir back into sauce.
Serve warm on buns, bowls, or plates. Enjoy!
