For the Spinach Dip:
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Make the Cheese Crisps:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, red pepper flakes, and chopped parsley.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Flatten each pile of cheese into a small circle.

Prepare the Spinach Dip:
