A quick, healthy, and flavorful one-pan meal with lean turkey, fresh zucchini, and savory herbs.
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb ground turkey
2 medium zucchinis, diced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
Optional garnish: parsley, lemon juice, Parmesan
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until soft, about 3–4 minutes. Add garlic and cook another 30 seconds.
Add ground turkey. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook 6–8 minutes, breaking up with a spoon.
Stir in zucchini and cook 5–6 minutes, until tender but firm.
Add crushed red pepper (if using). Stir and cook 1 more minute.
Serve warm with your favorite sides or grains. Garnish if desired.
