Description

Bright, herby, and ready in minutes—this homemade Italian dressing will liven up every salad and side!


Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp honey (or sugar)

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp dried basil

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Optional: pinch red pepper flakes


Instructions

Add all ingredients to a small jar or bowl.

 

Shake or whisk until well combined.

 

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

 

Store in the fridge for up to 1 week. Shake before each use.
