2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 2 tbsp cream cheese (for added creaminess)
Optional garnish: chopped chives, bacon bits
Instructions
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add corn and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and heated through.
Stir in honey, salt, and pepper.
Add cream cheese if using, stir until melted and creamy.
Simmer for 2 more minutes and serve hot!
