Ingredients

4 boneless chicken thighs or breasts
2 peaches (fresh or canned), sliced
1 jalapeño, thinly sliced (seeds removed for less heat)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
2 tbsp soy sauce
⅓ cup chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
Season and sear chicken in olive oil until golden; set aside.
Sauté garlic and jalapeños. Add peaches; cook until soft.
Pour in broth, soy sauce, and honey. Simmer until slightly reduced.
Return chicken to pan; simmer 10–12 min until cooked and sauce is thick.
Garnish and serve hot!
