- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp milk (or more if needed)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Cream together the peanut butter and softened butter in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Mix in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until fully combined.
- Add vanilla extract and mix again.
- Gradually stir in the flour until the mixture becomes a dough.
- If the dough is too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk until it reaches a cookie dough consistency.
- Fold in chocolate chips if you want an extra treat.
