Ingredients
Scale
4 cups apple cider
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground cloves
1 tbsp lemon juice
Optional: 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar
Optional: 2 cups ice (for quick blend method)
Instructions
In a pot, combine cider, cinnamon, and cloves. Simmer for 5–10 min. Cool.
Pour into ice cube trays or a baking dish. Freeze 4 hrs or overnight.
Blend frozen cider with lemon juice (and sweetener, if using) until slushy.
Serve immediately, garnished as desired.
